LA CHIEFS CHEER

Welcome to LA CHIEFS CHEER, the official cheerleading program of Los Angeles Jr All American Football, proudly based in Lawndale, California. Our program is designed to help young female athletes build confidence, strength, and school spirit while cheering on our football teams and representing our community with pride.

Throughout the season, participants will learn age-appropriate cheer routines, chants, sideline cheers, basic stunts, and performance skills. Our focus is on fun, safety, and teamwork, with an emphasis on building both athletic and life skills.

Who This Program Is For

LA CHIEFS CHEER is ideal for:

• Girls who are new to cheerleading and want to learn the basics in a supportive environment.
• Experienced cheerleaders looking to improve their skills and performance technique.
• Students who enjoy performing, working as a team, and supporting youth football.

What Participants Will Learn

• Fundamental cheer motions, jumps, and basic tumbling (as appropriate for age and skill level).
• Chants, cheers, and simple routines performed at games and events.
• Safe stunting techniques and proper spotting (introduced carefully and progressively).
• Teamwork, leadership, and good sportsmanship on and off the field.
• Performance skills, including timing, sharpness, and crowd engagement.
